Bad Knees? You Can Still Exercise



If you have bad knees or other health issues that make exercising hard, exercise for short spirts of time .. 5-10 mins at a time and then do it several times a day.

    Just had knee surgery and go to therapy 3 times a week plus home routine. Only problem is that currently I'm still on crutches. What other exercise can I do for the rest of my body? - by JSNYDER54
