When I need a boost, I take some time to read the message boards and offer encouragement and support to others. It's impossible to lift someone up and stay in the dumps. When I post positive thoughts for someone else, I'm reading them, too. It's a win-win.
Drink Apple Cider Vinegar for numerous health benefits
Add a Tbsp of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to 2 cups of warm water in the morning. It helps to regulate your blood-sugar, decrease your appetite, and keep you regular. It's a good replacement for coffee as a diuretic.
You can also add cinnamon (this also regulates blood sugar and helps with memory) and local honey to help fight allergies.
