For the first few months I needed to log on to keep me going in the right direction...but time & time again, I've gotten home tired and ready to give up. After going through the Sparkpoints, I found nuggets of inspiration and motivation that got me off my tookus and in to exercise.
My attitude was better and once I started to exercise, my positive frame of mind was back!
I've lost over 100 lbs. since Jan.!
