I like them. They don't have an after-taste (to me) and they are pretty tasty. BOO072922 are you referring to the sort of spongy texture of the Weight Watchers "Fudgecicle" Bars? No, the dark choc raspberry bars do not have that texture. It is not exactly ice cream, but pretty close!

I've found that even though buying the pre-portioned ice cream servings from Weight Watchers, Skinny Cow, etc. is much more economical. One box of 6 bars for $5 may cost more than the $3 I'd pay for 12 servings in a half-gallon of ice cream, but those bars last 6+ days; reg ice cream lasts 2-4 days.
