At most grocery shops, produce, meat & dairy are the first depts. The problem (for me) was that I would pick up items from these sections & then get sidetracked reading labels & comparing prices in other areas, so my first items wouldnt stay cold. Now I shop 'backwards' & pick up cold items last

When I go grocery shopping, I am surprised by the kinds of foods I don't buy anymore. Ice cream, chips, soda. I see them in other shopping carts & wonder why people are wasting their nutrition dollars on junk when they could have yogurt, oranges, and lemon water instead. My tastes HAVE changed!
