I always have trouble with water I just dont like plain water its boring to me. So I treat myself like a child when it comes to water I put a drop of food coloring in it just to add alittle color and make myself think its flavored water :) it may sound silly but it works for me!! Or when Im taking my medicine in the morning I have a rule of drinking a cup of water with it instead of just a sip.
Before taking a shower, turn the water knob to "hot" and fill a clean gallon bucket with water until the water turns hot. You won't have to waste the cold water. Use it to water plants instead of the drain..
Drink water, lots of it. Before you start to eat your meal drink some water. Then while you are eating drink more water. It is hard to get off of flavored drinks but once you get use to having water with your meal you will notice how much less calories you are taking it by just drinking water!
Water is also a great snack. Remember that.
