Exercise During The Show, Rest During The Commercials

Most tips suggest exercising during the commercials, and that's awesome, but on the days when I know I'm not going to do much outside (no work, rainy day, etc), I choose to watch something engaging that doesn't ask much of me aka a Lifetime Movie, and exercise during the movie and sit down during the commercials. I'm doing 20 min segments of walking in place, squats, crunches, etc.

Use an exercise ball to do crunches on during commercials. You can do different types of crunches during different commercials, then balance on the ball during your TV show. I can do at least four different sets during a typical show.
If I have a day where I get home and I am just beat from the day, I still exercise.
I will watch my favorite TV show and during commercials I will get up and start stretching my body out. Then when the show comes back on I rest and when the next commercial comes on I will do lunges, then rest. Next commercial I will do a few pushups and stretch again.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
