The body as a divine machine. Most of us have computers, and we are generally really careful with them because we want them to stay in great condition and last as long as possible. It's pretty expensive to buy a new one. In the body's case, there aren't other models of yourself waiting around just in case you mess up the one you're already in!

Every day I plan for what needs to be done and then tick it off my list. That list can be in my head or on paper. Items on list are shower, clean and tidy house, eat 3 meals and 1 or two snacks, drink 8 cups of water daily in any form(herbal tea, water with lime or just water) walk the dogs, deal with interpersonal relationships, budget and pay bills, talk to my soul and pray.
