i've been saying i'm going to workout forever...the hardest part for me is actually getting to the gym or doing it. My encouragement is just get up and do it...even if it's 5 minutes/day ... you'll be proud of yourself and motivation from within is the strongest kind out there. 306

The best way to stay motivated is to love yourself. I know this is hard for many but it can be accomplished. Stop the negative self-talk now. When you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative about yourself, stop and make yourself say something you like about yourself. You can break this habit and create a more positive one in its place! You will find success when you truly take this journey for yourself.
