On Saturday I plan my lunches for the next work week, shop for the food on Sunday and do all the cooking, and then I have everything made and in containers for Monday through Friday. No excuse to not eat properly, no fast-food. All that I have to do is grab a stack of Rubbermaid containers, pop them in my lunchbox with a blue ice pack, and head off to work each day!
