    once you make up your mind to get up and move, it becomes easy to move and become more active.

    I'm all for moving around also helps with beating depression and actually getting myself out of the couch potato mold. I like to walk on the treadmill or walk my little dog it's good for her too, we don't have to walk far just to the corner and back about three quarters of a mile. The fresh air is wonderful and good for both of us. Have fun moving today!
