Hot water is an appetite suppressant and my body just craves it. The other day, my daughter asked why I drank hot water, and I said, "I loved it", so she started drinking warm/hot water at 8 years old. Yesterday she told me that hot water was the BOMB and that she loved it! Try it..you may love it and get the added benefit of suppressing your appetite.

Everybody's bodies are different...some like it hot...some like it cold. It's no different with the water we drink. If you're struggling to drink your water quotient for the day maybe it's because of the temperature! I love hot foods and hot drinks...the thought of drinking cold water freaks me out...so I drink hot water (with a wedge of lemon, if possible) or room temperature water when I'm not near a kettle! It goes down so much easier than cold water!!
I do not like drinking water, but I learned how to increase the amount I drink. I just take a full swallows here and there during the day. After this, I find that I have more of a taste for how plain it is. I actually then I find I want to drink juice less. Also drinking hot water (without a tea bag even) also makes water more appealing.
