    I may take 1 day off from working out but I'm a sparkaholic. . . .

    i try to take 1 day during the week off, which ever day it turns out to be. i feel this helps my weight loss. good luck to everyone.

    I need to keep tracking...however a dessert splurge on Friday night gives me the "carrot" to look forward to all week. emoticon
