There are so many things to be thankful for: even if there are disappointments, we should always remember how fortunate we are to be alive, live in a great country, have wonderful friends and families who love us, etc. Enjoy every day!

My yoga instructor said something that stuck with me last week - after holding our left legs up in an uncomfortable pose for what seemed like too long, she said, "hold up that healthy leg and be happy you can - some people don't have left legs - and you do!" It's true!
