My yoga instructor said something that stuck with me last week - after holding our left legs up in an uncomfortable pose for what seemed like too long, she said, "hold up that healthy leg and be happy you can - some people don't have left legs - and you do!" It's true!

I know that not everyone likes or needs credit cards, yet having a Target credit card allows me to save 5% on every purchase, large or small. I really appreciate that the 5% is taken off during the initial purchase, versus sending out points, rewards cards, etc. The key to having any type of credit card is paying it off in FULL - monthly! I never accrue interest, and I save some money on every day items.
Some cultures spend more effort in food presentation than Americans. Try having several colors of food on your plate. Sweet potato, tomatoes, spinach, meat. It's like having technicolor food. You tend to appreciate what you're eating more
