I walk to all of my classes (about 2 miles) every weekday no matter how hot or cold it is outside. This gives me time to think about my day and what I need to do that day.

    It just turned really cold here in Michigan and I'm finding it hard to get motivated to walk in the cold and wind. I have a dog that absolutely LOVES to be walked daily but I'm struggling right now with the wind factor :( emoticon
