Secrets of Success

Not Giving Up!!!

My foot is in a cast... will be until Christmas, maybe. But whenever I find myself wanting my DH to do something for me to make my life easier (getting me another cup of coffee, etc.), I remember do DO IT MYSELF even if it takes longer! I WILL NOT GIVE UP! When this cast comes off, I will still be fit because I AM DOING IT! I am going forward!

  • Way to go Mommalittle. What a great positive attitude. You'll probably come out of that cast running. - by DKELLEY35
  • When I broke my ankle I was in a cast with crutches. I continued walking even with the crutches. I even walked to my hairdressers where they would wash my hair for me since we didn't have anything but a tub in our house. Keep moving. Because I did all the walking, the doctor said that I did not have to have any physical therapy because of all the walking and exercising I did the entire time my foot/leg was in a cast and then in a boot. - by LHLADY517
  • You are doing it!!

  • 3 months ago I had a broken ankle and I was in an orthopaedic boot but I still kept going and I even did Zumba sitting in a swivel chair with my Zumba Buddies! Don't give up, it will get better. Be patient and it will pay off. emoticon - by FINIKITY
