My foot is in a cast... will be until Christmas, maybe. But whenever I find myself wanting my DH to do something for me to make my life easier (getting me another cup of coffee, etc.), I remember do DO IT MYSELF even if it takes longer! I WILL NOT GIVE UP! When this cast comes off, I will still be fit because I AM DOING IT! I am going forward!

At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
