Eating a healthy breakfast gives me lots of energy to get thru the morning & prevents grazing.
I like to start my day with a bowl of old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon & milk. Then I add in a few raisins & 1/2 tsp of peanut butter for creaminess. Finish off with a glass of Minute Maid 1/2 sugar OJ.
We all know that eating a healthy breakfast is good for us. Perhaps you are lacking in ideas for a healthy breakfast. I have re-discovered a great breakfast food, good nutritional values, good source of protein, I have 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1 large poached egg, it is a great breakfast when you round it off with a piece of fresh fruit & by adding a handful of almonds.
