You might want to plan that time BEFORE the big meal so you won't want to cancel on yourself. Canceling just isn't an option! Burn some calories before the meal and you won't feel so guilty about the food you do eat. Get ahead of the game! You can do this!!

    As soon as the kitchen is cleaned up, take the entire family for a walk. That energizes everyone and keeps them from falling asleep on the couch.
