Roll out of bed and whip up a few egg whites with veggies. It's the single best thing I can give my body in the morning - even on the bad mornings. Sometimes I don't sleep or exercise enough, but I can always start my day with some protein to fuel me up.

I joined a tennis mixed doubles team and it keeps me motivated to get to a higher level of fitness and lose weight to become the best team mate that I can be. It also combines something I see as playing not working into my routine.
I am still on a two time state champion mixed doubles tennis team and I have the goal this year of going up in the rankings by the end of 2013
I try coming up with "Spark" words to keep me constantly reminded about "the Spark" concept, and it helps me remember my health goals! Spark-walk, Spark-wich, Spark-run, Spark-fast, Spark-uum, Spark-break, Spark-ster, Spark-ler, Spark-fest, etc. SPARK-Everything!!!!
I have jotted down a months worth of breakfasts and all I have to do to post is to go back to that date and forward a similar breakfast to the current day. SPARK has given us this feature and I use it daily to save time on my food posting.
