Drink a cup of Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice herbal tea with a little milk stirred in (I like coconut or almond milk). It's cinnamony and sweet without any type of sweetener. It's great and really beats the cravings.
I really like the flavor of this tea -- it's good hot or cold, and is a great way for me to get some extra glasses of water in. It has a nice, strong, flavor -- a little bit tart, a little bit naturally sweet.
Sometimes I just put a bag in my bottle of cold water -- that's enough to flavor the water enough to help me drink it!
Other Celestial Seasonings flavors are great, too!
Water at work tastes AWFUL, even with Brita pitcher, so I steep fruit/herbal tea in 8 ounces of water until it's dark, then pour over ice with cold water -- better than crystal lite because there's no artificial sweeteners, no caffeine. I'm drinking much more water this way.
Herbal, caffeine free teas work bets -- Right now I'm working through a box of Celestial Seasonings Fruit Tea Sampler.
