    My wife and I have been on this venture together and try to exercise together several times a week, how can I not smile. It has been a fantastic journey for both of us. Today, she reached another milestone on this journey.

    All I know is, when I'm looking at the mirrored wall doing zumba, the instructor seems to be the only one smiling! It's more difficult than one would think! emoticon

    This tastes really gross, but I swear by it. When you feel yoursel getting sick, drink 2T. orgainc apple cider vinegar diluted in 8 oz. of water three times a day. Usually within 24-36 hours I feel much better.
