I don't know how to describe this frozen dessert. I tried it because Sparkpeople recommended it in an article, but I won't be recommending it to anyone. Sure it's organic, low in fat, sugar and calories (120 per 1/2 cup), but it's missing the creamy texture of ice cream. I prefer Edy's Slow Churned which is actually lower in fat, calories and sugar than the So Be, plus it's creamy! There are other nutritional differences, but in this case I'll go with what tastes better.

Craving a delicious creamy banana split? Try this low fat/low carb alternative: Use one container of Yoplait Light Very Vanilla fat free yogurt, 2 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate syrup, one small banana 1/2 cup fresh, cut strawberries. Place the yogurt in a small dessert dish, surround with banana slices and top with strawberries then garnish with chocolate syrup. MMM MMM GOOD! *Note: if you prefer ice cream consistency, sub yogurt with 1/2 cup Breyer's CarbSmart vanilla frozen dairy dessert

Creamy and delicious. Great to drink or pour over oatmeal or cereal.
Frozen fruit (berries are the best for these recepies) mixed with 1 yogurt + sweetened with Stevia (natural organic sweetener). Delicious, almost no carbs, healthy, anti-oxydant! My best tip for a delicious non-calories non-carbs dessert!
