I've "talked" about losing weight for a long time and suddenly, this summer, just decided to DO IT. So I track my food, do SOMETHING every day to exercise and don't make any excuses any more. I cannot tell you what changed except my determination. So--JUST DO IT!

    The mental AHA moment helped me make changes this summer as well. I've hit a period of low motivation (after being sick) and part of what keeps me going when I don't feel like it is having a routine... stick to the commitment and when you see progress, your motivation will probably come back.

    Keep up the great work!! Holiday's make it harder but remember all that sweat and exercise you did to get there!! don't falter you are worth it!!
