I've "talked" about losing weight for a long time and suddenly, this summer, just decided to DO IT. So I track my food, do SOMETHING every day to exercise and don't make any excuses any more. I cannot tell you what changed except my determination. So--JUST DO IT!

Next time you want to go to the drive through - park you car in the parking lot and walk to the place instead of driving through - It will make you think twice before deciding to really go for those unneeded calories - and if you do decide to go for it - at least you will get out of the car and walk
