I used to be very good at finding excuses not to exercise. I wished I had more time, more money, more sleep and promised myself when things got better I would join a club or become a regular exerciser. SP pushed me outside my "box" of ideas of what exercise is so I started brainstorming what I could do and even when things were not perfect, did it anyways. I accepted shorter workouts. Tried new things that didn't take $ or special equipment. It was not until my DD agreed to start doing 5
minutes a day that I realized how many perfect moments there are. We have done 6 days in a row now together: Dance dance revolution, wii fit, lower extremity strength exercises, upper extremity strength exercises, walking in the pool, using water weights in the pool, and a walk waiting for an apt
