My new favorite low sodium breakfast: Cook an egg with baking spray in a pan, breaking the yolk, and sprinkling on Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning. While that is cooking heat up a corn tortilla on another burner. Flip your egg, and when ready put it in your warmed browned corn tortilla. Easy and great. Holds me for hours with a piece of fruit.
