Maybe not all that great for you, but you can make it good. I take that International coffee mix, make it with milk, and warm it in microwave. When warmed, add caramel syrup and cocoa. Put whip cream on top and sprinkle cinnamon. Yummy. You can make it healthier, but if you want a good warm drink for the winter days, this is it.

Do you have a smoothie after your workout? Getting bored? Save some coffee from breakfast, chill it, and use it as the liquid in your smoothie.....add milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia....or use chocolate protein powder for a mocha smoothie!

I know we all enjoy a nice Starbucks coffee every now and then but they do so much damage. So my little trick to enjoying Starbucks but not giving in to the urge to "make it a Venti" is find yourself a travel mug that you love and is as small as you can find. Keep it with you so that whenever you feel the need for a Starbucks you are still abkle to "portion control" your drink.
