I use the SP DVD Firm Fit and Fired Up. Each day's exercise is only ten minutes, including warm up and stretching. It's so doable, and it usually motivates me to then get out and do my walking as well.

People often say they wish they "had the motivation" to exercise, and ask me where I get mine. I tell them I don't. I don't have, want, get, or wait for motivation to exercise. What I try to do is ignore the motivations to NOT exercise; the "I don't want to" and "I'm busy." Instead it's a part of my day I just DO without questioning it. Sometimes it means I put on my running clothes and walk out the door before I have a plan, just to keep myself from going down the "I don't feel like it" road.
When I lack motivation to exercise, I turn on the Spark. I read the exercise message boards, success stories, watch the biggest loser and then after all of that I just walk into the gym and let it happen. Do anything you feel like doing. Then come back and track it. You did it! Feels so good! 104
