It's much easier for me to control what I eat while I'm at work. I bring breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack every day. We have our help desk team on the other side of the building from where I sit. It's literally about a quarter-mile walk there. Whenever I have an issue, I usually get up and walk over there instead of e-mailing or calling them.
I suddenly have walked an extra half a mile during the day.
