What to eat, what to eat!? All those yummy foods on the Thanksgiving buffet and you have to decide. Already you have on an outfit with a waist so you can feel it getting tighter. Slow down so your brain gets the signal ... takes 20 minutes to feel satisfied. Then, take a tablespoon or less of the things you want. Taste each of them before you gobble one all down. Slow down.
