Be sure to eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast used to be my Kryptonite but I have gotten into the habit of eating it. It gets the metabolism jump started in the morning and you won't over eat at lunch because you won't be STARVING.
I got into the bad habit of not eating breakfast areound Jr. High School. We got up really early , mom went back to work Full Time and didn't fix b-fast for us anymore. It was a horrible habit I carried into my adulthood but now I feel so good when I eat breakfast.
