I try to stay out of the house, and stay busy!! Because if your sitting on the couch or on the computer your more likely to snack. So stay busy and you won't think to grab for the bag of chips or cookies!

It's emotional torture to me to look at a closet full of clothes I can't wear. I take the things that are too small (or too big!) and try to sell them at a consignment shop. Whatever they won't take goes to Goodwill. These two places are where I buy my current sizes as well. I only allow myself to keep a few exceptions, but they must pass these rules: 1) I really love them and 2) I don't think I'll be able find them again once I reach goal weight. Why keep a too small plain blue T-shirt?
