Usually when I work out I start to feel tired and ready to throw in the towel around fiveish minutes, so I just tell myself "just go until ten minutes and then see how it goes from there", by the time ten minutes rolls along I tell myself "just go until fifteen, it's only five minutes away." I keep doing this until I finish my workout and by that time I feel great and glad that I went so long!

If your next goal is to walk at 3.5mph on the treadmill but currently find it very hard to walk at 3.5, push yourself to go at 4.0mph for say 1 or 2 mins and then lower it to 3.5mhp. You will feel that it is easier at 3.5 and you will be able to walk at 3.5. You have now tricked yourself to think that 3.5 is easy since you did something even more harder.
Think of yourself as the most beautiful, sexiest person born ever (i know it sounds a bit absurd but believe me it works) and trick yourself into thinking your the perfect size and shape. Your body obeys what your mind says. So sooner you will be the pretty gal you always wanted to be90
Trick yourself into exercising by using the Wii or similar device. Get moving for a small amount of time and then build up to 60 plus minutes. Soon you will enjoy exercise and want to try other things.
