When you think about all you have to lose and the journey ahead it can seem daunting. Just change one thing at a time, this can be just eating properly until you feel you have turned the corner before introducing exercise. It may slow your journey down but it also makes it more manageable

    To many changes at once can become over whelming and a setup for failure. Make one small change at a time. They say it takes 21 days to make a change become habit. As they say one step at a time, so it is one change at a time. emoticon
