One truly helpful piece of advice that I learned is: Change one thing at a time. Eat healthier, or drink more water, or 15 minutes a day for exercise. You don't have to do it all at once. By the inch its a cinch.211
Just change one thing at a time. Start with tracking calories...as you master that, move on to adding something else. Trying to do too much at once sets us up for failure and we get upset when we aren't successful at ALL of it.
When you are in a stall dont change to many things at one time. Make one change and stick with it for at least two weeks before you change something else. This gives your body time to adjust and maybe start dropping. If you change to much at one time you wont know what it was that got you to start dropping the weight again.
