Dont deny yourself a little piece of chocolate or cake now and again thats the worst thing you can do! It makes you feel like you have to give up the things you love to be healthy. This is not true as long as you stay within your calorie bracket and do some exercise at least 3/5 days a week you wil be fine. If you keep telling yourself you CANT have that one food you love you will lose motivation.... I get my kids involved and sweet things dont last long enough for me to eat much anyways lol :)
Eat with moderation yes but don't deny yourself anything. This way you can keep the momentum going. And indeed track it for you to see if the calorie intake matches the satisfaction you get after eating it. But still don't deny it to yourself now only you know you can take it once a month instead of every day or every week. Goodluck! YOU CAN DO IT!
