Standing there looking at all your food options at the big meal? Select a spoonful of those foods that you won't get the rest of the year! You get Mac & Cheese any time so skip that. Aunt Milly's awesome Cranberry Salad is a once a year treat. Have a spoonful of that and move on. Remember to track whatever you've eaten and enjoy the company. It's gonna be a fun meal! emoticon

  • When you have those big holiday meals by taking 1/4 cup of everything & 3 to 4 ounces of meat you will be find your self satisfied instead of over stuffed like the turkey. I did this before and it worked for me, so now that I am back I will do this again on the holiday meal. - by JUDYAMK
