It can be difficult even getting out of bed in the winter, but if you wake up when it 's still dark and start your day with a cardio DVD, try working out in low light. Since I work fulltime and the weekdays are uber busy I make sure to get to the grocery and farmer's market on Sunday to be sure the family will have all the fruits and veggies we'll need for the week (including the fruit I'll need to take with me to work). Just love my apple a day!
Lemons are great in morning tea and bananas really fill me up after workout
I set my phone/alarm by my light switch. When my alarm goes off, I turn the light on and fan off. Then I lay back in bed while I stretch and allow my body to wake up. I've made it to all my morning workouts and this routine hasn't failed me. 334 Good LUCK!
