When eating unhealthy you can tend to eat tooo much, but when dieting you can tend to barely eat anything at all. But when you eat vegetables you can feel free to keep eating it without feeling bad about yourself.
You can eat vegetables in lots of ways. You can eat them raw,boiled,roasted or fried. But what happens if you're not a veggie person or your kids don't eat their veggies? Try making a spinach pie recipe. It's healthy,tasty and you and your family will love it. It's a good source of Vitamin A & C.
1. I suggest that you should make the pie. You will be able to control the amount of oil. If it's bought frozen or from a bakery shop,it will definitely be full of fats.
2. I also suggest to add feta cheese on your pie.Be careful though.It's spinach pie and not cheese pie.
