I went thrift store shopping and was amazed by the enormous amount of holiday items out on sale. You should check out the bargains before they get away. This is a great way to find handmade crafts, books (cookbooks), toys, and clothes to keep or give away.

4 breakfast my husband and I LOVE to have 2 whole grain (eggo) waffles with tsp. of almond butter and tsp of honey and a 1/2 sliced banana.. YUMMMM!!! it's under 350 cals!!! and makes you full until snack.. Also can be used for a sweet treat!!! I'm telling you, it will be your NEW love!!
Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.
