Some days, its hard to be motivated about exercising. On those days, I always think how much closer to my goal I will be with a minimum of 30 minutes cardio. Afterward, I feel so good physically, mentally and emotionally. Watching my body change for the better is SUPER REWARDING!
Find something you like to do! If exercise becomes a chore you will start making excuses. Be sure to shake it up so you don't plateau. I LOVE Leslie Sansone, I am collecting her Aerobic Walking DVD's. I purchased her "You can do Yoga" DVD and it's awesome! Perfect for beginners!
