Find something you love to do - don't just exercise for the sake of it and you will find that activity comes easily. I LOVE yoga and can schedule three weekly sessions with no problem because it is something I really enjoy doing!

I know for optimal weight loss and to avoid plateaus as often as possible, you should do many different types of exercises, including strength training. I do not dispute this; but the secret to exercising daily is to look forward to it, to be excited about it. And that will only happen if you find your passion and run with it! Discover what type of exercise you love and get out there and do it!
I make sure to do a different type of exercise several times a week - it breaks up my routine, keeps me interested and keeps my muscles guessing. Jogging, biking, eliptical, exercise DVD's - love them all!
