    Today is my second day to do my exercises in the morning, and I feel so much better. I don't have to think about exercise later and get caught up with distractions and procrastination.

    I agree that morning exercise is the best. It is too easy to get distracted or make excuses if I wait until later. I just have to push thru the morning stiffness and pain but then I always feel better when finished.
