Aim for the Bottom of the Calorie Range on Regular Days
When I aimed for the bottom of my calorie range on most regular days I had more success losing weight. Then on special days (going out, birthdays, etc.) I confidently ate at the top of the range. Even if I slipped a bit, sometimes I had a loss. Aiming for the top of the range, I lost less.
I have had weight loss success with almost every plan I tried, but not LASTING success. I found that true success comes from self-love and knowing that I am worthy enough to live a good life. Having money does not lead to happiness, neither does being thin. Only inner peace can do that.
