If you think you will cheat and miss exercise. Make a schedule with different people and ensure you make a commitment. When these people are ready for exercise you won't say No cause you came up with the idea.
When I walk my boys to school, I wear my running shoes & clothes, instead of sandals. That way, I feel ready to exercise. I'll either extend my walk or dance or do yoga at home - No excuses, since I'm already dressed for it.
