I really do better when I keep track of what I eat. I write what I eat in a food log, then I input it on SparkPeople nutrition tracker. When I don't do this, I don't do good. emoticon

I print blank food diary logs to use for inputting what I eat and there nutritional values.

    I totally agree, when you track your food you can see what you are doing wrong and what you are doing right. And then make adjustments.

    I tried several times to log my food, but was never very successful at it. No that I'm logging it all down on spark, it is much easier and I plan to continue doing so even after I have reached my goal weight so it looks like I'm going to be around for a while. emoticon
