I try to practice random acts of kindness at least once a day. It can be something as small as holding a door open for someone, letting someone get in line in front of you at the market if they have fewer items and you have a full cart, whatever little things you see. It makes people so happy to be treated to an unexpected kindness and reminds me to be more positive throughout my day.

I believe that our emotions can take a toll on our weight! Be true to yourself and to God and don't let others bring you down! If someone doesn't have a good thing to say about you, then I say turn around and say something nice to that person and let them know that they are special!
It makes me feel good doing something nice for others! When I have that good feeling in my heart, it gives me a good balance and that in turns reflects on the changes I make within myself! I know it sounds wierd, but the nicer you are to someone that isn't so nice to you, the better you become!
Each day I make an effort to do three things: 1) Do something nice for myself 2) Do something nice for someone else 3) Do something on my "To Do" list These things are great motivators for a positive life.
