I prepare as many meals as possible at one time in the beginning of the week. Even if it means steaming my veggies later. Doing it ahead of time keeps me from snacking on the ingredients while I'm cooking.

    Sunday nights I get my food ready for the week whether it is roasting vegEtables or putting raw vegetables in baggies to take to work. I come home for lunch & it's all I do is put my already cooked vegetables in the mIcrowave & have a piece of whole wheat grain bread & water

    This is great and so true! If there's a prepared snack, or meal, ready to go, I'll grab it! Otherwise, I'm hunting for something to eat and easily tempted by the wrong choices.
