I make a menu for the week. This has helped when doing grocery shopping and during food prep time. I have found that there's some "down time" when fixing dinner so I will do some prep work on the next night's meal. This has cut down on time in the kitchen, which means more time some where else.
Have chicken breasts cooked, weighed and packaged sitting ready in your frig ~ there are no excuses for poor food choices when a healthy one is right there in front of you! A little time for food prep can make such a difference.
