Dance The Jumping Jacks!

In order to complete my (at least) 50 Jumping Jacks per day, which I don't schedule within my workout routine, I jump of my chair whenever a song I like plays in the radio ("Right back where we started from" for example) and I start silly dancing and doing the jumping jacks! emoticon

Not only I get the jumping jacks done but I get a full wave of energy and good mood to continue doing what I was doing before.
