In blender: 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil; 1 Tbsp lemon juice; 1 Tbsp fresh parsley; 1 clove minced garlic; 1 tsp dried basil; 1 tsp blk pepper; 1/2 tsp salt - BLEND - Pour into a zip lock bag - add fish. Marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator turning bag a few times. Great on grill. Four minutes each side or until fish flakes but not dry.
