Find healthy foods you love to eat so you don't miss the bad stuff.. I keep snacks in my desk at work and am never tempted to go to the vending machine. Healthy meals (stir-fries or a treat like salad & soup from Panera) help me get back/stay on track, too.
Never deprive yourself of your favorite foodsójust find ways to healthify them! If you love burgers, try a flavorful turkey burger recipe. If pizza is your food of choice, try whole wheat crust, or a pita. Love Mexican food? Use ground turkey breast, chicken and reduced fat cheese. Get Creative!
