I absolutely love baking with King Arthur Flour....I have never had a baking disaster with King Arthur Flour....it rises beautifully in breads and it makes muffins absolutely wonderful....it makes great pie crust....and wonderful cakes...I highly recommend it!

I just discovered White Whole Wheat Flour! It is still whole wheat just made from the white wheat variety. It has a milder taste than regular whole wheat making it perfect for baking. Make sure to get the unbleached kind, so it's natural with no chemicals. King Arthur's brand makes a good one.
